Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, although a relatively new technology, has managed to gain a lot of attention in the corporate world over the past couple of years. With the growth of Robotic Process Automation, employers are looking to add RPA-trained resources or give their existing staff RPA training.
Robotic Process Automation is the technology which is used by the organizations or anyone to do a particular activity as previously done by human being. It can navigate enterprise software like ERP systems, FSM software, or service management tools using the application’s user interfaces just like a human would. However, a robot is able to work much faster, and more efficiently without ever slowing down. So, what are its limits with AI, Machine Learning, RPA and how do we leverage these smart machines?
We at Suya DOO implement automation through agile mode implementation. The complete process is divided into a group of sprints. Each sprint or schedule is performed to understand your business through business analysis, bot design, bot development, unit testing and UAT in a time of 8-10 weeks.
Bot maintenance is primarily geared towards scheduling and monitoring the bots to ensure that bots continue to execute as scheduled. The focus of the maintenance team is to proactively identify any adverse scenarios and provide a quick fix to any issues that come up.
Such schedule or sprint end up building one or maybe more automation bot depending on the requirement or feasibility study during the sprint. Going further, 3 automation engineers shall be assigned to each pod for designing the logical process of bot building. One pod can automate 3-5 processes in one sprint. So if a sprint has 2 pods, it can automate 6-10 processes.
